Quality Policy

The policy set forth by the Management highlights its commitment to the implementation of the Quality Management Principles arising from the reference standards.

The Management is responsible for:
• Keeping the policy updated according to the intentions and guidelines of the company concerning customer satisfaction, product and service conformity, process operability, and knowledge valorisation.
• Make sure that the quality policy is implemented, kept, communicated, understood and provided to every stakeholder, promoting the dedication and participation of the entire organization.

Aware of the increasingly demanding and competitive market where the company operates, the management believes that joining efforts for improving the effectiveness of the company’s management system is essential for the prestige and continuous, sustainable growth of Inovocorte.

1. Cookies What are they?
Cookies are small text files that are stored in user devices (“User”) when they visit certain sites on the Internet (“Websites”). Using this type of technology when accessing Websites is common and does not damage User devices (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). 1. Background
This Privacy Policy sets forth INOVOCORTE’s commitment to its stakeholders (e.g., customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, and investors) in terms of personal data protection. This policy aims to strengthen and consolidate the relationship of trust with stakeholders by communicating in a clear and transparent way how the company processes such data and what are the rights of data subject and how they can exercise them.

INOVOCORTE complies with the principles described in this policy, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), and the applicable data protection legislation, in all activities where the company processes data.

This Privacy Policy is included in INOVOCORTE’s normative instrument about personal data, where standards and procedures for managing the security and privacy of personal data are also defined. INOVOCORTE processes personal data using multiple operational and technical means to support the activities of its business processes.

A. Goals
As a communication instrument, the Privacy Policy aims to:
– Strengthen and consolidate the relationship of trust and closeness between INOVOCORTE and its stakeholders;
– Be transparent about the purposes for processing and processing activities carried out by INOVOCORTE, as well as retention periods for the personal data involved;
– Inform data subjects about their rights when it comes to the protection of their personal data and how they can exercise them;
– Inform data subjects about who to contact at INOVOCORTE to exercise their rights or clarify how they personal data are processed.

The Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the processing of personal data made by INOVOCORTE in the scope of the purposes established.

Policy review proposals and application and compliance supervision are the responsibility of the competent administrative body of INOVOCORTE.

B. Who is the Data Controller
The society identified above to which you gave your personal data is the Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulation and the complementary legislation on personal data protection in force in the countries where the company operates.
Each of the societies identified above is part of INOVOCORTE, wherefore your personal data can be transferred and processed by any of the entities that belong to such Group.

C. Data We May Collect
In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means the information that concern you and allows us to identify you, directly or indirectly. Your personal data may include, for instance, your name, taxpayer identification number and your contacts (physical and/or electronic).
We can also receive your data from other companies, namely when they collect, process or stored those data in the scope of a service provision agreement.

D. How and Why Do We Use Your Personal Data
We use your personal data to the extent that is strictly necessary for the relationship in force.

E. For How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data
We keep your personal data only for the period required to comply with the goals defined in the scope of the relationship and with the law.
UOnce maximum retention period is reached, your personal data will be anonymised or destroyed/deleted in a secure way.

F. With Whom Can We Share Your Personal Data
There are some cases where we can disclose your personal data to other entities in the scope of services provided by them. In these cases, we require that they have in place all adequate security measures to protect your personal data. Our commitment to continuous improvement that is the foundation of our daily operation is also seen in terms of information security. Among others, highlights go to the following measures:
- Access to your personal data is restricted only to those who need such data to comply with the purposes above;
- Storage and transfer of personal data are only made in secure ways;
- Information systems are protected with devices that prevent unauthorised access to your personal data;
- There are mechanisms implemented that safeguard the integrity and quality of your personal data;
- Information systems are constantly monitored to prevent, detect and avoid that your personal data are misused;
- Personal data storage, processing and communication equipment are redundant to prevent unavailability;
